I don't see what unit tests have to do with performance.

I'm currently targeting Web Server performance. So maybe I should name
the HOWTO "Server Performance HOWTO" or even "Web Server Performance
HOWTO".

Of course if anybody is willing to contribute, I'm very willing to
create a general Performance HOWTO maybe even including desktop stuff.
Though not likely, because I think desktop performance is a whole
different area.
