Hello LDP,
This chart display the roles and interactions and this is a good starting point. But... (there's always one :) 2 remarks :
-It seems this chart's tones of color seems to mean something, it would be great to explain what it is about (where are the keys ?). If done spontaneously it would be great to figure what it could mean.
-It seems readers only contact is authors, is this really true ? I feel still very confident that volunteering force come from readers, if not forget this remark. LDTP volunteering reservoir is readers. In my mind, this chart isn't enough "vonlunteer-centric".
