I'd like him to setup such documents without write access.  It would
prevent people from changing copies and not the originals.  It would
also guarantee that the published documents passed through all of our
own checkings here and they are -- or are going to be -- in accordance
to TLDP's quality standards.

Also, I'd like him to put the conversion date on each and every page
for our documents and to register himself as a mirror.  And to update
the documents as we update them here -- i.e. really mirror them.
Having stale and old docs is something that might be very bad not just
for us, but for users in general.

And I'd like to see if our webmasters, tech reviewing people and other
contributors -- everybody here ;-) -- have other comments on this
guy's mirroring as well.
