FYI, I have had an ongoing conversation with the author of this doc
and with Chuck Dale ####@####.#### who has already volunteered to
convert to DocBook. There has been some confusion between them as to
who was doing what when or something. I don't know all the details,
nor do I care to.
I just wrote both of them again two days ago, but haven't heard back
yet.
If you hear anything, please let me know right away.
