Sorry about that. alteast the majority of the stuff in
the list are.  Thats not very important to the
discussion here

I believe debian is used by more people than Libranet.
Anyway I would like to clarify that I am just using
debian as an example and substitute for distributions
that only want to distribute Free software documents. 

If the authors guide addresses such concerns in a
generic way towards  which Emma has taken some steps
then I would call that definite progress arising out
of these discussions
