I have them on Conectiva and SuSE and Mandrake here, I've seen them on the
other. I can't say about Red Hat abandoning them -- last time I used one,
they were there, dunno if all of them, but... -- and I have no Fedora machine
to check (so I didn't even cite them on my original post).
Mandrake even has an explanation on what kind of documentation it includes:

So, I can speak for three of the fice I cited for sure and with actual
versions, I was speaking based on Red Hat EL AS 2 or 3, when I needed some
documents and they were there.
For Turbo Linux, I remember seeing howtos there, but I don't remember the
version of their product. Probably not the latest one.
