I hope it will be couched in terms of the actual governing structure of
the Debian Project, i.e., will reflect what are actual in-force,
official positions of the Debian Project, as opposted to references to
some individuals' views in their individual capacities _or_ any "consensus"
of their views (your term), irrespective of how respected they might be.
Otherwise, the question at hand would not have been addressed.
