Neat!  Now we're getting somewhere.

Comments:

  - I would prefer a sans-serif font for ease of readability

  - I would prefer far less use of Emphatic Caps in the text
    (my own style is to use none at all -- especially in titles)

  - can you think of a way of incorporating the point at which choice of
    language in which the doc is written comes into play?
