Of these +/- 200 or 300 if we are optimistic, I don't think half of them
is actively following this list. Of those who are following, I bet not
too many want to volunteer to be staff. Thus, everybody who volunteers
for a staff position will almost automatically be elected. That would
give a very false sense of democracy...
