Just a reminder, because I don't have the impression that this is taken
into account:

For these and other developments (all this talk about plone etc), we
should keep in mind that the main TLDP site exists by the grace of
iBiblio.  Taking stuff offsite just to be able to do it would be silly,
imho, so if we can reach an agreement on how we will structure the site
and what backends will be needed, we need to make sure that iBilbio will
want to host the tools as well as the site, no?

Also, keep in mind that we have over 200 mirrors and that all relevant
content should be available on those mirrors too.
