Does it extract data from LinuxDoc, based partly on tags, and also
consider the overloading of tags such as: both version and date under
the <date> tag? We need a database that allows LDP staff, authors,
reviewers, and the public to modify parts of it based on passwords or
the like. It also needs to be pretty secure to somehow avoid spam, etc.
