Speaking as someone who spends a lot of time training up newcomers to
Linux in the corporate market -- yes.
The more material we have in the HOWTOs which allows users of all levels
to find material appropriate to their own current level, the better.
And the new-adopter level is not currently as well-served in all fields
as the advanced techie level.
