Of course. Actually, it wasn't part of the template but I typed it in as
the opening sentence to the email.

I mention this later in the template.

I also discovered that one can also use a blank line after a section-tag
as a substitute for the p-tag, except if one uses certain tags within
that section, it complains. Another bug in Linuxdoc. If this bug were
fixed, the p-tag wouldn't be needed which would simplify Linuxdoc still
more.
