The Linux Programmer's Guide needs to be archived or we need new
maintainers. And that would require a relicense from the authors, who
stipulate that if you make money with it they want a share. Probably
they would go along with it since that hasn't happened, and *won't*
happen if it just dies. Maybe not, but worth trying.

The question is does anyone want to maintain it? If not there's no
point talking to the authors.
