From the main page is a link for "mailing lists":
	http://tldp.org/mailinfo.html#maillists
To unsubscribe, send an empty message to: ####@####.####
	(eg. ####@####.####

Also in every email there is the following information:
	List-Post: ####@####.####
	List-Help: ####@####.####
	List-Unsubscribe: ####@####.####
	List-Subscribe: ####@####.####

simply take out the extra chracters on the List-Unsubscribe email address.
This is a standard piece information for mailing lists. Almost any list
that you subscribe to will have an equivalent hidden message. To view the
information, ask your email client to "show headers" or in Eudora I know
there is a button labelled, "Blah blah blah" (seriously).

I hope this helps,
emma
