Since I'm brought in the conversation - we have a loose organisation.
It has good points (flexibility) and bad points (lack of visibility),
yet it seems the best solution for the size of the current project.
Maybe we should try to work differently? I mean, we now have a
profusion of documentation. Stale documentation, and deciding on which
document one should read are the biggest problem.
I don't have solutions - just some ideas, which however may be hard to
implement (ex: create a new structure for a better integration of
documents, along with an easy way to share competance in a
peer-moderated wiki) since we all have ideas.
Maybe we should try to build something new?
