I am not sure we have enough people to actually
colloborate on setting up bugzilla. If you are
volunteering to do it you will be the primary and
possibly only bugzilla guy for LDP. After we set it up
we probably dont require periodic changes. We would
just require an upgrade if there are super cool
features in the latest version.
If we dont have anyone to set up bugzilla, lets try
mantis instead. its trivially easy to setup. I know. I
have done both
