There's a sentence in the manifesto that substitutes for bylaws
regarding what happens when we disagree. And I think it's worked out
better than formal bylaws.
Length of service? In a volunteer organization, people are free to drop
out at any time, but of course need to make an attempt to turn over
their projects and responsibilities to someone else before leaving.
