I appreciate your posting this link because I've been losing it
regularly. Moreover, I just realised that -- my pessimistic assumption
to the contrary notwithstanding -- it actually _is_ easy to find from
the LDP front page:
On the left-side "Author/Contribute" navigation bar, it's the "In
Progress" link. Gah! I'm a bit embarrassed at having not figured that
out until now.

Just a point: That "In Progress" page (which _itself_ is entitled
"Documents Under Review", which partially explains my not finding it
easily), still says that reviewers should contact Tabatha.
1. It would be good if a webmaster were to change that to someone
appropriate.
2. Whom should reviews be sent to, for now?
