Hey all,
I've written a quick Masquerading made simple-howto. Anyway, I had it
nicely formatted in txt, then submitted it here.
I was told to put it into linuxdoc sgml thingy, so i painstakingly tried to
this, and a couple of hours later had something which I then sent to Greg
Ferguson to have a look over - he sent me back a copy with fixes. I tried to
view it with "sgml2rtf" and it told me if can't understand linuxdoc or
something, and to install the -lite tools. I apt'ed them, found next no
documentation - tried to run sgmltools which chugged and gave me help.
I'm very busy, and I don't have time for all of this - I've wasted more time on
this then writing the damn thing. I can't work out how to view the stupid
thing, and I haven't seen anywhere that tells me howto do this in less then 50
pages, or several layers deep in some obscure website.

I was going to just give up, but in a last ditch attempt I'm just going to
dump what I have on to you. ignore it, eat it, publish it and make it a book I
don't care anymore. I don't care if you change the copyright, license or
anything - its yours.

If you do something with it, then if you give me a link to some nice way I can
make changes to it (nice being just a plain text file I can edit, or very
straight forward instructions for me to follow) then I will keep it uptodate
technically, and add to it.

I've attached two files.
The sgml file I got back from Greg Ferguson - this is an older version of the
howto, but is supposed to be sgml-good. And a second newer version with
techinical changes.

Have a nice day.

John
