Hello,
I see there is a lot of scepticism as to how real and substantial
the work on new categories really is. I have therefore asked for
and got Gerd Berget's permission to put the report on the web, and
here it is:

It is 113 pages (A4 format) and 340KB in size.
We have to take one step at a time and work incrementally. If we
have to wait on everything being completed and in place before
making an announcement we will never get much news out. To me this
is real, important and hype-free news and I sincerely hope we can
soon agree to get this announcement out.
Moreover, nothing stops anyone here from working in parallel on
other means of furthering TLDP.
