I think what you got is negative but constructive
criticism so far. What I would suggest it to focus on
a few topics that runs to say 30 pages or so and then
review and revise it incrementally getting feedback
from this list and others over time.

I have myself attempted to review the document getting
overwhelmed by the number of pages. Its pretty tiring
when the doc is jam packed with commands that require
testing

Just from a reviewer point of view
