I agree with that opinion. since we already accepted
docs covering non-free stuff we should just mark them
appropriately and keep them

we shouldnt have empty categories. if we need docs
covering those stuff we need someone to document it
clearly first. We can even have a list of stuff we
would like potential authors to work on but empty
categories is just too confusing
