A GPRS HOWTO certainly deserves its own place, I agree.
If it comes into our collection, I see no problems in calling it GPRS
HOWTO, instead of the long title that you have chosen so carefully in
order not to offend the author of the document that you refer to.
I quickly went through your HOWTO, it looks like it can be applied to a
wide variety of systems. Apart from the occasional grammatical error, it
is very well written.
Tip: try to avoid usage of abbreviations like "they're" and "it's" and you
will make less errors ;-)
