You can do the conversion using the TLDP customizations to the standard
DocBook XSLT style sheets. The link is
http://www.happy-monkey.net/docbook/tldp-xsl-21MAR2004.tar.gz There is
a short HOWTO included in the package, but if you need additional help
let me know.
