Keywords (and categories) are part of the HOWTO Generator features and
could be part of the Review process.

Lampadas, CMS and workflow management are excellent tools we all hope
for but do not yet have. In the meantime, would a simple and plain
text file be sufficient? Or HTML? I always like to start from simple
solutions and grow upwards rather than making huge leaps.

Just tell me what address you want and I will update the prototype.
Should we implement a new address for such semiautomated replies? That
could simplify extraction of metrics.

If you click on these links you will see the mail client come
up with a lot of fields ready filled in. I am aiming for maximum
user friendliness without going Clippy or Bob (insert TM at will).
