We have plenty of docs that explain in a clear and simple way how
something works, eventhough there is documentation included in the
packages. I.e., both Mendel and I contributed a Bash guide, because the
existing documentation is huge and sometimes very confusing.
If a HOWTO makes things simple, why not add it to our collection?
According to Rahul's reasoning, TLDP has virtually no reason to exist...
