Note that it's claimed that this proposed howto is about the internals
while the other HOWTO is about external views. But there is currently
more than one SCSI HOWTO. So do you mean all the exsiting SCSI howtos?
If your proposal is mostly new topics not already written about in other
SCSI howtos, then I suggest that you start writing this doc without
further ado, provided you've already looked over these other SCSI howtos.
