No. In GNU FDL the invariant sections are optional. In
your copyright notice you have choosen to use those
invariant sections to cover certain portions of your
document. Unless its really required please consider
using the license without the invariant sections.
Its not a issue at the present state since what you
have covered under it is only stuff like disclaimers
and such but it is a potential source of problems for
future revisions
