Jigdo was made to create complete Debian CDs for installation
in which case you know the contents in advance. Our disadvantage
is that the full archive does not fit on a single CD and that
it is unlikely that a user wants all languages in one download.

Thus we are back at the point where the user will have to make a
decision as to what should be included. A careful selection of
document types and compression settings will fit it all in on a
single CD.
