Okay, thanks for all the answers.
I'll send an e-mail to Marco Budde, the other translator in a few 
minutes and ask him if he is still working on the translations.
And of course inform you if I get an answer. :)

Another question:
When I've finished the translation of a HowTo shall I send it also to 
####@####.#### like the english HowTo's or to another address?

If you click on "Translation Effort" on TLDP's homepage you'll find 
someone who deals with translations into German.  You should at least 
try to contact him (same person as you mention above ?).  If he isn't 
handling this anymore, it should be noted on the LDP website.
