This has been the case for the past three years to my knowledge.
I use the biggest ISP in the UK, and I have no problem with any other
provider.
Result : David doesn't get any private correspondence from me; and, like
everyone else, any 'ad hominem' comments I may have to address to him have
to go via public list. <shrug>
