Hi, discussers,
I have submitted a new document for a review and got two answers:
one confirmation request, which I replied to, and one error message (arriving
beforehand) that said:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at gabber.metalab.unc.edu.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

No reason was given.
I wonder now whether my submission was successful?
Any one has an idea how I can check where my submitted document is and if the
submission was a success?
