That indeed would be a useful document especially
since many of the distros are working/completed
unicode setup from the ground up. examples include
fedora and ubuntu amoung others
can you just add a [fixme] to the stuff you arent sure
about and present a draft document to the list. It
would be more helpful to discuss on a document of some
sort. I am sure it can be revised to add the nity
grity details later on
