Hmmmm...
Hal, could you please send me a small SGML file so that I can check
this HTML output? I think that --- I have to look at some docs before
being sure --- there should be a '<pre>' here, not <p>'s and <br>'s.
If it's a bug, we'll correct it. Meanwhile, you can change <p ...> manually
(or by means of a script) to <pre>.
