For a simple alternative to DocBook markup see my mini howto:
Howtos-with-LinuxDoc. The LinuxDoc format is much easier to learn and
use but is technically inferior to DocBook. The url is

I just don't think that any doc should be turned down for lack of a
reviewer. To fix this problem, just do a sampling review as I've
suggested before. It takes a lot less time.
