well David should be very well versed in copyright law
since he cared enough to create the LDP license and is
responsible for taking care of related things in LDP.

Yes. there has been a good amount of inaccurate
statements on copyright licenses from him before. That
doesnt mean he isnt correct in this discussion. It
might well have been a misinterpreted thing.
Rick, Can you please drop this discussion. You have
pointed out the history involved with this and it was
useful but the arguments after that havent been really
productive.
