*Someone* needs to do the conversion before it is published. As 
Rahul mentioned, you might be able to find a volunteer to help you
do the conversion.

I'm not sure how involved your Latex markup is, but
getting a document into the Linuxdoc format is not too
complex.   Perhaps you could try copy/pasting into Stein 
Gjoen's  HOWTO generator:
