Hi,
I haven't heard anything from the list about this review. I've had some
comments directly from Dan Scott, but that's it.
I'm going to be away for the next week, so I can't respond to any notes
until the 17th, but I'd really like to move forward towards the
editorial/markup review so as to get this HOWTO out the door.
