Pardon my interjection, but: The original poster wasn't talking about
access with ability to update files in the CVS, but rather anonymous
access, which is public, read-only access analogous to anonymous ftp.
Upon seeing the earlier post, I did my own brief check, and likewise was
refused access as the anonymous user. If this isn't LDP's policy, then
something has become broken in the host machine's CVS setup, and should
be fixed.
