Due to security reasons only those with a full user account may update the
files in the CVS.

When you have your update ready, please email it to the ####@####.####
list according to the following guidelines:
- attach your document to the email and include any images/support
files in a .tar.gz package
- in the subject line put [UPDATE] <name of my document>
- state whether your document is a Guide or HOWTO and which markup
language it uses.
