David Lawyer's suggestion of reviewing and checking list of Networking
related HOWTO's is a huge and a daunting task, and I feel should be
carried out by a team of volunteers co-ordinating amongst themselves.
It could happen that, one update after the other triggers the chain.

For the current NET-HOWTO,I guess, a good approach will be
a quick review of the presently linked howtos from the current NET-HOWTO
the other details which need Edit/Updation.

Thanks!
