Well at this point Tabatha or whoever is responsible
for review coordination should assign a language as
well as technical reviewer to your document.
Unfortunately they dont seem to be available now. So
you can either wait or go ahead and submit it to
####@####.####
Not related to this but I was quite suprised that as a
long term contributor you werent aware of the
procedure changes for quite sometime.
