Each document? What if there aren't any?

Some HOWTOs are coming through that contain a FAQ section, while
others may (also?) contain user feedback sections:

  <qandaset>
    <qandaentry>
      <question>
        Blah?
      </question>

      <answer>
        Blah!
      </answer>
    </qandaentry>
  </qandaset>

That seems not a bad idea, though your comments will be at the mercy
of the document's author/maintainer.

If, on the other hand, you're looking for the equivalent of Siskel (?)
& Ebert style reviews ("Don't bother with that one! Huge sucking
noise!"), how would you come up with unbiased reviews? For instance,
I support Teus' creation of the Bible Translation HOWTO, while at the
same time I would never, under any circumstances, suggest anyone
should actually do it (btw, my objections are entirely unrelated to
the Bible and religion, so let's not go there please). Teus obviously
believes otherwise. There's not a lot of middle ground there.
