We don't need a Wiki for this information. The problem is not one of
permissions, access or even knowledge of HTML. It's simply a problem of
knowing who is working on what, who is active, etc. Using technology to
fix a social issue will not fix the underlying (social) problems. Please
see EF Schumacher's "Small is Beautiful" for more information on what I
really think of technology. ;)
