Hi all! David--glad you brought that up. Guylhem used to have another
project called the GNU Writing Movement. Jean-Philippe, if you follow
this link:
http://www.ibiblio.org/gwm.gnu.org/article.php?sid=6&mode=threaded&order=0 you will find a good description of the way he envisioned organizing documentation, particularly where numerous languages are involved. This isn't something TLDP ever implemented, but maybe it explains things a bit.
