Hello again,

I read the revised version, I find it to be better (license wise). I do 
think however that instead of:
"It is the author's wish that this document be written and maintained by 
LPI certified persons. If you are LPI certified and would like to submit 
practice questions or references, please contact the author."

You should change the text to something like:
/It is the author's wish that this document be written and maintained by 
LPI certified persons, however, should you have ideas or suggestions you 
find useful for this document, please contact the author./

I think this way everybody will be encouraged to contribute.. for 
instance people who are studying for the test can tell you what they 
need and can't be found on yours and other documents..
