Have you still got the dictionary held in a database, entry by entry?
(When we were playing about with it last year we had it under MySQL if
you remember.)  It was then an absolute doddle to re-arrange all the
entries in (ASCII) alphabetical order and then re-save, or print out, in
the new order.  In fact, that's one of the reasons I set it up the way I
did -- individual entries could be made at any time and in any order,
and the whole corpus printed out as desired.
