Please post the document as an attachment to the list for an initial peer
review. In your email you should also answer the following questions:
- is this a new HOWTO that you have written from the start?
- is this a HOWTO that uses someone else's document (if it is, do you have
permission to distribute a modified version?)
- what categories will it fit into on the HOWTO category list?
