I can't say I'm really concerned about this particular issue one way or
the other, but let's keep the loaded term "censorship" out of this.
Censorship is when somebody prevents you from publishing something. The
LDP is doing no such thing: Teus remains free to publish his document
wherever he wants regardless of whether the LDP accepts it.
It's not censorship to exercise discrimination in what you choose to
publish, when plenty of other means of publication are available. It may
be inappropriate discrimination, but it is not censorship.
